Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Beauty Store London Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, you have 60 days from the date of receipt to return your item(s) for a refund.
Your Right to Cancel & Return
Under UK consumer protection laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, and an additional 14 days to return them for a full refund, including standard delivery costs. This applies to unused and unopened items in their original condition with all tamper-resistant seals, packaging, and cellophane intact.
Beyond this statutory 14-day period, we offer an extended return window of up to 60 days for your peace of mind.
If more than 60 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we are unable to process a return unless the item is faulty.

For items valued over £50, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Once your return is received, we will process your refund or replacement within 10 working days.
Returning Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, incorrect, or damaged (and was not advertised as such), please contact us at customer.services@thebeautystore.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photographic evidence (where applicable)
We will provide you with a Royal Mail Tracked Returns Label to return the item free of charge. Once we receive the return, you may choose between a full refund or a replacement.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, a partial refund may be issued if:
- The item is not in its original condition or is missing parts (for reasons not due to our error).
- The item is returned after 60 days (subject to approval).
Delivery charges are non-refundable, except where the item is faulty or incorrect. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
